Star Wars Marvel 1 (Free Comic Book Day 2024)

This was one of the many different comics that you could get during Free Comic Book Day. There were 2 different stories in it. The first story seemed better done then the second one. I say that because I liked it's use of humor even when dealing with serious issues/events. It takes skill to bring in comedy into the story without making the whole thing feel like a joke. The second story did catch my interest because of it bring in Sabe, One of Padme's handmaidens, into the larger Star Wars universe. Even though the first story was better written, this second one actually wants me to pick it up to read more about Sabe since she is a character we really don't see.

As to the artwork, the artwork for the second story was also much crisper with the first one feeling dingy or muddled. 

We all know that the arm as been there for awhile, since Luke cut if off before they vacated the planet, and not only is it a weird meat, but probably has suffered from freezer burn. At the same time it makes me wonder what it would taste like...
