5th-7th: All C's Collector's Showcase Spring Show

As always I love this event. It happens twice a year and there are always great deals to be found. This year All C's dollar booth really stood out. They had those popcorn buckets that you pay $30-50 for only $1, I was sad that I couldn't make it on Friday since I can just imagine the cool ones I missed out on. They also had other cool items. Then there was other great deals to be found like Hallmark ornaments for $10 a piece or 3 for $25. There were also good deals on 3D printed objects as well.

12th-14th: Colorado Mineral & Fossil Show Spring Show

Soon there will not be any geeky events at this hotel and this show like many others will need to find a new home. This venue has been sold to the city of Aurora and it was nice to get to go to one of the last events there. I was actually good and resisted from buying anything, but mommy geek found some 50 cent deals that she just could not pass up. There was a good spread of different items and I did not see as many fake minerals and fossils as I see at other shows. This is a good show to check out if you are looking for something to do.

Products at all different price points could be found and there were some really nice specimens for under $10 if you are just starting out your collection.
