At least Daku Con had a lot of food options around it. It was at the Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Center. At one point I was able to walk across the street to Taco Bell and we were able to grab breakfast at the Qdoba near by as well. One day though we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel. This place was only open for a breakfast buffet and closed the rest of the time. This actually forced con goers and hotel guests to find food elsewhere.

We got there before it got too busy. Before we left I would say about half the tables were full. |

The buffet was on the cheaper end of hotel buffets I have seen lately at $16, but I can find all you can wat sushi places for $12-15 so this shows how over priced hotel food is in general. There were other things on the menu, but to get the most value for your money the buffet was the best option. |

They actually had 2 different types of scrambled eggs. A normal one that was just eggs and then this one that had peppers and onions cut up in it. |
 |
It was sad that the yogurt part of the buffet had the most options. |

Didn't waste much time on the far end of the buffet since they actually put the cheapest items here which was weird since most buffets put the cheap food first. |

This was plate one. I had about 2 and a half plates focusing mostly on the proteins. |
The warm food side of the buffet was missing a sauce. Breakfast foods need something to go with them. This normally could be something like gravy or green chili. This made the buffet feel incomplete. Not the best con buffet, but also not the worst.
