Captive State (2019)
This
movie had a lot of boring sections. The aliens had a cool new design, but they
were not shown to you enough. I also really liked the design of the space
ships. They reminded me of meteors and could play into some of the ancient alien
theories they have about some of those space rocks actually being spaceships. Not
to give anything away, but the end was a twist that I didn’t start to suspect
until a certain clean up happened. At the same time, even though you know what
is about to happen at the end, it would have been more satisfying to actually
have an explosion…. 3 stars out of 5 or a C.
