Periodic: A Game of the Elements

This was another ‘education’ based game. I would actually recommend it for anyone who needs to memorize the periodic table for school. This game we brailled over a couple of sessions. At the same time we weren’t sure how to handle the board itself. We were thinking about putting on brailled stickers with just the letters, but decided that would be a bad idea because of knocking over other players’ pieces to try and read the board. At this point we are still uncertain of how to handle this. We did read the board by columns and then how those columns lined up along with what elements were in which group. Reading the cards did not take long and it reminded me of my science days. I wish I would have had this game growing up. It would have made my chemistry courses much easier. 4 stars out of 5 due to brailling issues with the board.
