Justice League of America #117 (1975)

I was confused most of the time while reading this comic. There was so much that could have and should have been explained better. I want to know more about this villain. Having the ability to equalize everyone is fascinating. It would have also been cooler if this would have happened in a more populated area. It would have been interesting to see what normal people would have done with a taste of superhero power. They could have also went into more deeply about the superheroes having to adapt to each other’s power more. It could have been great and add some more humor to this volume. 2 stars out of 5 or a D.
