Black Panther (Marvel Free Previews 2018)

This sampler was broken into several parts. The first part talks about some of the history of the Black Panther and transitions into troubled times for Wakanda. Then the next section is more history of the Black Panther. 

After this comes a section that covers the Black Panther's crew. This section caught my attention because they bring in Storm from the X-Men. There is a battle going on that we know nothing about, but it was just enough of a crossover to get me interested in reading more.

The final section was about the Dora Milaje.

Even though this was a sampler, I think it failed its purpose. Comics are short and even when they break a comic in two for a sampler sometimes that is not enough room for the creators to pull you in. This book had too many sections with each only being a couple of pages. Also the back cover also had nothing to do with the contents even though readers like myself may have been attracted to it because of characters like Wolverine and were left hanging with nothing. 2 stars out of 5 or a D-.
